All services including ghostwriting, editing, publishing, design and marketing are provided under particular written agreements. Quotes are drawn up per project and confirmed in writing before work starts.
Once payment is settled, all rights and copyright in commissioned manuscripts and deliverables pass to the client, as set out in the project agreement. Website content, branding and design stay the property of Paramount Author Studio.
Every client project is covered by a signed non-disclosure agreement. We never disclose client identities or manuscripts without written permission.
While we aim for the highest professional standards, we cannot guarantee specific sales figures, rankings or commercial outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are handled by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
